Road was retarmac but not skimmed and kurbs lowered so road is higher than kurbs filled with excess tarmac nr 141 Bowerdean Road

We have inspected the defect in line with our Highway Safety Inspection Policy, and the defect does not currently meet the criteria for immediate intervention. This enquiry is now closed, but details of the defect will remain on our system and will continue to be inspected in line with our policy. Further updates will not be given on this enquiry.

The response i got is crap, so it ok for the council to screw up the roads and cause peoples property to flood, but it is not unnder your quidelines to sort, papers will hear about this and my local mp, o will not let this lie as my house is ruined due to your shody workmanship, SORT IT OUT

This is still not sorted, drains still blocked, gotta wait for whole street to flood again before you will act, maybe i should stop paying tax as u can't sort what i pay for
