Holly hedge
Reported in the Hedge problem category anonymously at 17:24, Thu 1 August 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1716805.
The holly hedge and the hedge nearer the corner both overhang the road. It’s impossible for cars to see pedestrians walking down the road, and the verge can’t be jumped onto because it’s all taken up with hedge. Can this be severely trimmed back to increase visibility on the corner and to enable pedestrians to walk around the corner and have something to step onto in an emergency. It’s incredibly dangerous, there’s just nowhere to go to avoid the speeding cars, that just can’t see you.
