Soak away in front of the front door of 9 Pound Lane (next to the speed bump)
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 12:52, Fri 28 June 2019
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 3 minutes later
You recently re-routed the soak away in front of the garage of 9 Pound Lane (ref 40102036) and this has really help the flooding in that area so thank you. Unfortunately the soak away in front of the house (next to the speed bump) is totally blocked with mud and so this area in front of the house is still flooding and causing us difficulties in getting into the house (see photos) especially with people driving so fast through the water. Please could you unblock this soak away to resolve this problem. People often park on that stretch of road so if you're able to give me a date when you can come I can try to prevent people parking so that you have access.

Thank you for your update however I find your response unacceptable. As you can clearly see from the photograph, this soak away is completely blocked and is no longer functioning causing the road directly next to our front door to flood considerably whenever there is heavy rain. It is very difficult to enter and exit our house in these circumstances. I believe it is your responsibility to fix this so would ask you to reconsider and act to remedy the problem.
