Outside 59 plus various run off drains on Weston Road

This is a repeat problem from a year ago. All the run off drains are blocked with road grit dirt etc and need cleaning out to reduce flooding on the road.. Cars driving in the middle of road to avoid water, soaking people walking on the pavement when vehicles go past . Drain covers further east shows signs of collapse and failing on road way surface makes pooling water even worse. Construction company sweepers in the area alone are not enough as it cleans where they drive but not right to the edge and or pushes dirt/mud into the drain entrance blocking it further. The drains need to be cleared of blockages. as well as the dirt/mud that has built up at the road kerb edging which has caused the drains to block as well
