Unnecessary cones causing obstacle in road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1036900.

There is a little stretch of cones and a "men at work" sign in the road just before the traffic lights. It is completely unnecessary and is restricting the road down to 1.5 lanes. Somebody obviously put the cones down and for some reason and has just left them there, completely forgotten about. Please can we remove these unnecessary cones they are causing a lot of inconvenience to a very large number of road users. Thank you
