Brickwork falling into road

Bricks keep falling off this roundabout and into the road. If (when?) a motorcycle hits one, there's a good chance it might cause a fatal accident. It has been like this for a long time. This roundabout brickwork needs to be FIXED before somebody has a serious accident!
